Delta State Fraternity & Sorority Fundraising Tournament
We are excited to host our first DSU Fraternity & Sorority 3-Man Fundraising Tournament. We will offer DSU fraternities & sororities a fun and exciting way to raise money for their respected organization. We will be taking a portion of the entry money collected and put it up as the grand prize to use for philanthropy, charitable donations, or for money to use within their fraternity or sorority. So come and have some fun raising money for your own organization!
Dates:
- Sorority – February 18, 2012
- Fraternity – February 25, 2012
- Check In – 9:00 AM
- Captains Meeting – 9:30 AM
- Games start shortly after the Captains Meeting is over.
Cost:
- $105 per 3-man team ($35 per player)
- Includes a case of paint (2,000 paintballs) and everything you need to play; paintball marker, hopper, tank, and mask.
Details:
- Please call John Schank at (662) 846-3434 to register your team before the day of the tournament. This will make sure the tournament can be properly prepared for the expected teams.
- Bring extra money just in case you need to buy more paintballs. All major credit cards are accepted at the field.
- Come dressed in clothes that you do not mind getting dirty. Old jeans and a jacket work great. (But please dress for whatever type of weather we get that day). Keep in mind, the paintballs do wash out. Also, a good pair of running shoes is best to play in. Don’t forget to represent your fraternity or sorority!
- If you own your own gear, please do not hesitate to bring it. We will check the velocity (under 290 fps) and make sure your paintball marker is shooting semi-auto capped at 12 bps.
- Please fill out your waiver before you come to the field. This will make check in much easier and efficient. Click here to view and print waiver.
